RESPONSIBILITIES: A nursing home administrator is a specialized area of
medical and health service management. They work to supervise clinical and
administrative affairs of nursing homes and factories. They oversee staff and
personnel, financial matters medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and
other duties.
Salary: $88,580
annually
Education: TO become a
nursing home administrator you need a bachelor’s degree. You will also most likely
need to pass a state licensing examination. Some position may also require a
master’s degree.
Reflection; I think this is a great career to be in if you enjoy
managing and supervising, making sure that things go as they are suppose too.
