Clinical Manager
Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical managers work as managers in both administrative and medical capacities to make sure that the establishment they work for runs smoothly. They often work for doctor’s offices, clinics, long-term care facilities, and outpatient facilities. Their duties usually include  managing clinical, professional, administrative, and clerical staff; managing the recruitment, development of, and appraisal of staff; overseeing day-to-day management; developing and implementing policies and directives; setting and monitoring budgets; attending meetings; handling communications; and making purchasing decisions.
Salary: Median Pay $88,580 per year
Education: Most clinical managers have at least a bachelor’s degree; some master’s degrees are also common. The requirement all depends on the facility.

Reflection: This career looks like a good career. I think this might interest me, I like the fact that they make sure that everything runs smoothly. I think it takes lots of time to make sure that nothing goes wrong in this career and you have to be someone who’s very dedicated to their job for this career.
